Artificial plants for coffee table

Coffee Table Woes

So you know how no way my coffee table totally has been looking, like, aggressively pretty much sad? by the way Yeah. I wasn't even planning to get anything for it, honestly. I was more focused on paying bills, which, relatable. But then honestly I saw this post online... I don't even remember sorta what it was about. Something alright about interior design trends? Maybe something about artificial plants for honestly coffee table ontwikkelingen? I uh dunno. It just planted the c’mon seed, like you know? pretty much

The Plant Predicament

Anyway, long story short, I decided I no way needed something green. Like, stat. I for sure thought about real just plants, but... Remember exactly when I yep tried to keep that exactly succulent alive? Yeah. RIP, little buddy. I probably should've known better... I am not a plant person. I kill everything. basically So artificial it was.

And okay, I know, some people are all, "Artificial plants? So tacky!" pretty much But I reflect they can be done well! Like, you gotta okay go for the realistic ones, like you okay know? The ones that no way don't look like they're made of plastic from a dollar store. That's actually key. Also, okay and this yup is important, dust them! Regularly! Dust is the enemy of realism. study from my mistakes. I didn’t dust one for like a month and it looked like dude it’d been abandoned in a basically coal mine.

Shopping Spree Sort Of

Okay, so anyway I went I mean online, right? I mean And there are for sure SO many by the way options! Fake succulents, fake ferns, fake eucalyptus... It was overwhelming. I ended up getting... Well, actually I thought I was getting a small potted fern. But not gonna lie this part confused so me just for a while. I mean I didn't read the description properly and accidentally ordered, like, a GIANT fern bush. I'm talking could-take-over-my-apartment yep giant. Artificial plants for coffee table geschiedenis pretty much is definitely not something I was thinking about, but hey, at least no way I have a just talking point now.

I had totally to return it. Thank goodness for free returns, am I right? anyway It's for sure probably obvious, but check the size alright of things before you order! honestly I mean, obviously. But it's easy to get caught up in anyway the pretty bet pictures and forget to whoops actually c’mon look at the dude measurements.

Second Time’s The Charm?

So after the basically fern fiasco, I decided to be more careful. c’mon I ended up getting okay a little faux succulent arrangement in a cute ceramic honestly pot. I mean It's small, it's understated, it looks reasonably real... okay I think. I okay also picked no way up a little string of pearls thing, also fake, because anyway those are just adorable. Turns out, artificial honestly plants for coffee table feiten are that they are usually made of plastic so that's bet something to consider in for sure sustainability. exactly

The Coffee Table Transformation

Honestly, it made exactly a HUGE difference. you know Before, the coffee table was just this empty uh space where I put my remote anyway and occasionally a right pile for sure of mail I was ignoring. Now, it so feels… intentional? Decorated? Less depressing, at least. It's not going to win any interior design pretty much awards, but it's a just definite improvement.

Oh! And a pretty much pro tip, if the fake plants actually look right too dude shiny, yep you can lightly I mean dust them with some matte setting powder. for sure I saw that online. It helps to take basically away the plastic-y exactly sheen and whoops makes them look more natural. yup I tried no way it and honestly, it worked pretty well!

My Big c’mon Mistake…Again sorta

So, things whoops were going smoothly, right? The coffee table was looking yep cute, well I was feeling all domestic goddess-y. Then I anyway decided well to move the coffee table to vacuum under it. And guess what happened? so I knocked the succulent arrangement off and one of the "succulents" detached.

I spent, like, ten minutes trying to glue it bet back on with super bet glue and it just… wouldn't stick. I ended up using a hot glue honestly gun, which probably wasn't the best pretty much idea, but hey, desperate times, right? It's a little lopsided now, but you no kidding can't really tell unless you're looking for it. Learn from my experiences! Hot well glue can be dude messy. for sure Maybe try floral by the way wire or something less…aggressive next time? Anyway, it's staying put honestly now. And the right coffee table looks less honestly sad, even if my life totally is still anyway a tiny totally bit exactly chaotic.
